Review Guidelines

Introduction

At Dobrh, Clients and Providers can share constructive feedback and reviews about their experiences concerning a project. Reviews contribute significantly to our community's quality and credibility, aiding Clients and Providers in making informed decisions. We have curated the following guidelines to maintain a professional and respectful environment.

Capitalized terms used herein that are not otherwise defined shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Terms and Conditions.

1. Appropriate Review Types

  1. Leaving feedback on your experience is important and can assist all users of Dobrh to make informed decisions about who to engage with for the receipt or provision of services. This also helps the Provider know that they are doing well and if there are any areas to work on to improve their services.
  2. Public Review: You can provide comments and star ratings, which will be shown on the Provider’s or Client’s profile and project history on Dobrh.
  3. Personal Review: Share insights you might not want to disclose publicly with the involved party via the Platform’s internal messaging system. This information remains confidential.

2. Procedure To Provide Review

  1. Upon successfully completing a project, Clients and Providers will be prompted with a pop-up to submit their review for the particular project. This is an essential step to share experiences and highlight strengths, areas of improvement, and overall satisfaction with the project undertaken.
  2. Prompted Pop-Up: Once the project is completed, a pop-up will appear on your Dobrh dashboard, signaling the opportunity to leave a review.
  3. Review Input: Within the pop-up, provide detailed feedback, adhering to the guidelines in this document and Dobrh’s Terms & Conditions. Remember, your feedback significantly influences the Dobrh community.

    Submission: After ensuring that your review aligns with Dobrh’s guidelines and genuinely reflects your experience, click the “Submit” button to finalize your feedback.

3. General Guidelines & Recommendations

  1. Be Honest and Constructive

    • Ensure your feedback is based on real experiences and events.
    • Constructive criticism can be more valuable than just praise or negative remarks.
  2. Respect Privacy and Discretion

    • Do not disclose any personal details or confidential information about the Provider, Client, or the relevant project, as such a violation may result in legal consequences.
    • Uphold all confidence and show discretion in discussing the Provider or Client and the Goods and Services involved.
  3. Respectful Language

    • The use of offensive and derogatory language at any instance of your exchange with either the Provider or the Client will directly lead to the termination of your Dobrh account.

4. Legal Violations Concerning Review Posting

  1. Misleading or Fraudulent Information: Ensure your feedback is accurate and does not mislead others.

  2. Offensive or Inflammatory Content: Stay away from defamatory or hateful remarks.

  3. Content that Promotes Harmful Actions: Do not share content that encourages harm or contains harmful elements.

  4. Infringes on Privacy or Rights: Your feedback should not violate the involved parties' privacy or legal rights.

  5. Dobrh takes allegations of illegal behavior very seriously. However, due to legal reasons, we are unable to accept submission of feedback or ratings that contain allegations of any illegal conduct or refer to any investigations by Dobrh or an authority.
