Dobrh respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data under the legal jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates, including the Data Protection Regulations 2021 promulgated by Abu Dhabi Global Market. This privacy policy will inform you about how we look after your personal data, tell you about your privacy rights, and explain how the law protects you when you visit the Dobrh website, Dobrh mobile app, or any other Dobrh-related products that link to this policy (regardless of where you visit it from).

This privacy policy, in accordance with the UAE Laws, aims to give you information on how Dobrh collects and processes your personal data through your use of the Dobrh website or Dobrh mobile application, including any data you may provide when you sign up, purchase, or sell any products, goods, or services.
This Platform is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
It is important that you read this privacy policy together with any other privacy policy or fair processing policy we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you, so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data. This privacy policy supplements other notices and privacy policies and is not intended to override them. Legitimate Interest means the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service/product and the best and most secure experience. Identity Data: It includes first name, maiden name, last name, username or similar identifier, marital status, title, date of birth, and gender.
Business Entities’ Data: It includes entity name, type, registration number, industry classification, and tax identification number.
Contact Data: It includes billing address, physical/delivery address, email address, and telephone numbers.
Financial Data: It includes bank account and payment card details.
Transaction Data: This includes detailed information regarding payments made to and received from you, as well as additional specifics related to the Goods and Services acquired through the Dobrh Platform.
Technical Data: It includes your internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and Platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.
Profile Data: It includes your username and password, purchases or orders made by you, your interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses.
Usage Data: It captures user interactions, including clicks, browsing patterns, app usage, and relevant data related to user behavior.
Marketing and Communications Data: This includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.
Location: It includes your precise location.
Diagnostic Data: It includes crash data, performance data, and other diagnostic information.
We also collect, use, and share Aggregated Data, such as statistical or demographic data, for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data, but is not considered personal data in law, as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data that will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.[1]
We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offenses.[2]
Where we need to collect personal data by law or under the terms of any agreement we have with you, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the agreement we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with Goods or Services). You acknowledge that Dobrh provides no warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding our ability to control, collect, correct, access, process, use, store, protect, or transfer any personal information, nor regarding the existence or effectiveness of any security measures implemented by us. You agree that Dobrh shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages of any kind arising from access, disclosure, use, or modification of personal information by unauthorized parties, or from the introduction of viruses, worms, or other harmful elements into the system, along with their potential impact on your personal information.
Under no circumstances shall Dobrh, its affiliates, partners, or their respective employees, officers, directors, or insurers be liable to you or any other individual for any costs, damages (including special, incidental, exemplary, indirect, or consequential damages), or liabilities of any kind arising from or related to the collection, use, transfer, processing, or storage of personal information obtained by us, or resulting from your access to and use of the Platform or information collected through other channels.
