Provider Code of Conduct and Selling Policy

Providers on Dobrh are expected to adhere to the following policies when listing and selling services. Violations of these policies may result in suspension or termination of the Dobrh account.

Provider Code Of Conduct

To maintain the integrity and fairness of the Dobrh marketplace, all Providers are required to:

  • Be truthful, current, and not misleading about details related to their Goods and Services and business
  • Act fairly and avoid misusing Dobrh’s Platform, features, or services.
  • Refrain from any actions intended to interfere with, manipulate, or damage the listings, ratings, or reputation of other Providers.
  • Do not attempt to influence Client ratings, feedback, or reviews unethically.
  • Do not send unsolicited or inappropriate messages to Clients.
  • Conduct all client communication exclusively through Dobrh.
  • Avoid any activities that bypass or attempt to bypass Dobrh’s sales process.
  • Operate only one Dobrh account unless there is a legitimate business justification.

Once the Client places an order and completes the payment through the Dobrh Platform, Dobrh will preauthorize the payment depending on the availability of the requested Goods and Services. The Provider will have 12 hours to either accept or reject the Service request. The Provider will be paid out for the Goods and Services in the next billing cycle, after the Goods and Services have been delivered and verified as completed. If the Provider rejects the Service request, Dobrh will promptly return the payment to the Client. For more details, please refer to the Buyers Policy.

Dobrh operates on a scheduled billing cycle, typically making payouts to Providers on a bi-weekly basis to allow adequate time for project finalization and dispute resolution. In the event of a dispute or issue with the delivered Goods and Services, the payout may be paused until the matter is resolved.

Failure to comply with these provisions or any other Dobrh policies may result in enforcement actions, including but not limited to the removal of service listings, suspension of account privileges, or termination of the Provider’s access to the Dobrh Platform.

Fair Practices

Providers must act fairly, lawfully, and transparently when using Dobrh. Violations of Dobrh’s fair usage policies include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing false, misleading, or inappropriate information about your Goods and Services.
  • Manipulating rankings by placing fake orders, manipulating reviews, or making false claims.
  • Raising prices after an order has been confirmed.
  • Using bots, paid clicks, or other deceptive methods to increase web traffic.
  • Damaging competitors by submitting false reviews, reporting fake violations, or interfering with their listings or ratings.
  • Allowing third parties to act on your behalf in a way that violates Dobrh’s policies.

Accuracy And Transparency

Providers are required to ensure that all information related to their Goods and Services, pricing, and business identity is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes listing offerings under the appropriate categories, updating the availability of Goods and Services, and using a brand name that represents the Goods and Services.

RATINGS, FEEDBACK, AND REVIEWS

Providers may solicit feedback from Clients in an impartial manner; however, they must not:

  • Offer incentives (e.g., discounts or free Goods and Services) in exchange for positive feedback.
  • Request only positive reviews or ask Clients to remove or change a review.
  • Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings in any way.
  • Post reviews for their own listings or those of a competitor.

COMMUNICATING WITH CLIENTS

All Client interactions must be conducted through Dobrh’s messaging system. Providers must not send unsolicited or inappropriate messages, use Client contact details for marketing or promotional purposes, or engage in harassment, spam, or any other form of improper communication.

Client Information

If Providers receive Client information, such as addresses or phone numbers, to fulfill orders, they may only use this information for order fulfillment and must delete it after processing. Providers may not use Client information to contact Clients (except through Dobrh’s messaging system) or share it with third parties.

Maintaining Integrity

Providers may not attempt to bypass the Dobrh sales process or direct Clients to external websites. This includes providing links or messages that prompt users to complete transactions outside of Dobrh.

Creating Multiple Dobrh Accounts

Providers may only maintain one account per region unless they have a legitimate business need for multiple accounts, and all accounts must be in good standing. Legitimate business justifications include:

  • Owning multiple brands that require separate businesses.
  • Manufacturing Goods and Services for two distinct and separate companies.
  • Participation in a Dobrh program requires separate accounts.

If any account is not in good standing, Dobrh may deactivate all associated accounts until compliance is restored.

Packaging And Presentation Standards

Providers offering Goods that require physical delivery must adhere to professional packaging and presentation standards that align with the service description and Client expectations. This includes:

  • Using appropriate packaging materials to protect Goods during transit.
  • Applying correct and compliant labeling, including any identifiers required by the Client (e.g., barcodes, branding elements).
  • Ensuring the unboxing experience reflects the quality and integrity of the Goods and Services offered.
  • Avoid misleading, reused, or damaged packaging that could compromise the perceived value or usability of the Goods.

Failure to meet the agreed-upon packaging requirements, whether specified by the Client, required by applicable law, or included in the Service Listing, may result in order disputes, withheld payments, or disciplinary action, including account suspension or removal from the Dobrh Platform.

Delivery

  • Digital Goods and Services will be delivered via the Dobrh Platform. Deliverables must be delivered through the Dobrh Platform. However, in cases where deliverables require an alternative method, delivery may be made via a third-party service, as deemed appropriate by the Provider, ensuring secure and accessible delivery of Goods and Services.
  • Physical Goods and Services are delivered to the address specified by the Client.
  • The timeframe for delivery shall be as listed in the service package. Delays must be communicated promptly by the Provider.
  • Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their control, including natural disasters, war, government restrictions, or any other type of force majeure.

Infringement Notices

Dobrh recognizes that some brands use agents or brand protection agencies to report intellectual property infringement. However, individuals with active selling accounts may not file infringement notices to benefit their own listings (e.g., removing competing services). Providers found violating this rule may have their accounts terminated.

By listing Goods and Services on the Dobrh Platform, Providers acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies. Failure to adhere to these provisions may result in disciplinary actions, including but not limited to penalties, suspension, or removal from the Platform.
