Buyers Policy

Our Clients have always been our priority. Get to know Dobrh’s policies and guidelines for its Buyers.

Guidelines For Buyers

Dobrh’s Buyers policy applies to all individuals and companies using the Platform to purchase services from verified Providers.

1. INFORMED DECISIONS

Buyers are responsible for ensuring the purchased Goods and Services align with their requirements, budget, and scope. Dobrh does not oversee service suitability.

2. BILLING AND PAYMENTS

Payments are made upfront to Dobrh, and if the service is not satisfactory, the Buyer will be refunded as per the Refund Policy.

3. REFUND AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Dobrh encourages Buyers to follow the dispute resolution process in case of any issues. Refunds are only provided once approved by the Dobrh team.

4. SERVICE ACCEPTANCE

Buyers have 7 days to review the completed service as mentioned in Dobrh’s Project Guidelines. The service will automatically be finalized, accepted, and completed if there is no response from either party.

5. TAX AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Buyers are responsible for any taxes or additional fees associated with their purchases.

Eligibility Criteria For Buyers

To maintain a reliable and transparent experience, Dobrh has clearly outlined eligibility criteria for Buyers.

1. AGE AND LEGAL CAPACITY

Buyers must be 18 or older to enter into any legally binding agreements, whether representing an individual or a business.

2. LATEST INFORMATION

Provide up-to-date, accurate personal or business details during registration and account setup.

3. VERIFIED PAYMENT METHOD

For smooth and error-free transactions, make sure a verified payment method is linked to the Buyer's account.

4. LICENSES AND RULES

Buyers must possess any necessary licenses or permits based on local laws and regulations.

5. RESPECTFUL INTERACTIONS

Please treat Providers with courtesy, give constructive feedback where required, and avoid inappropriate or offensive requests.

6. CLEAR COMMUNICATION

Buyers should be detailed and transparent in their communications so Providers can understand and fulfill requirements accordingly. Please note that Buyers are not permitted to contact Providers using any means other than the Dobrh Platform.

7. PRIVACY AND DISCRETION

Protect personal or sensitive information by limiting private details when interacting on the Platform.

8. COMMITMENT TO VALUES

Buyers must adhere to Dobrh’s core principles, Platform policies, and community values at all times.

Becoming A Buyer On Dobrh

1. CREATE ACCOUNT

Get started by registering on Dobrh and creating an account. A Buyer may create a personal account or manage an account on behalf of a company that requires services from the Platform.

2. BROWSE GOODS AND SERVICES

Explore Dobrh’s marketplace to find the right match for all projects and ventures. Buyers are responsible for ensuring the services align with their requirements.

3. MAKE PAYMENT

Once you've selected a service, review the details and make an upfront payment. Dobrh securely holds the funds until the service is successfully delivered.

4. CONFIRM COMPLETION

Review the completed service within seven days. If the service is not satisfactory, please feel free to request revisions before the agreed-upon due date for the completion of the service.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Refer to our Resolution Center to submit complaints if the project is unsatisfactory. Refunds are only issued after the dispute has been resolved completely.
