Every transaction on Dobrh is protected and encrypted for Clients and Providers while using the Platform.
All payments made through Dobrh are end-to-end encrypted, compliant, and processed securely. To ensure protection, transactions must always be completed within the Platform.
Dobrh enables transactions in USD, while offering a variety of payment options for flexibility and convenience, including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). Buyers may be subject to currency fees imposed by their financial institutions or payment service providers. Dobrh is not responsible for any such fees.
By making a payment through the Dobrh Platform, Buyers authorize Dobrh to charge their selected payment method for the total amount due, including any applicable taxes and fees. The Buyer warrants that they are authorized to use the payment method provided.
If a Buyer disputes a charge, they must notify Dobrh within 30 days of the transaction date. Dobrh will investigate the dispute in accordance with its policies and the applicable law. Failure to notify Dobrh within this timeframe may result in the loss of the right to dispute the charge.
Refund requests must be submitted in accordance with the Dobrh Refund Policy. If a Buyer initiates a chargeback with their bank or credit card provider, Dobrh reserves the right to suspend the Buyer's account pending investigation. Dobrh will respond to chargebacks in accordance with applicable laws.
Buyers are solely responsible for any applicable taxes and duties, such as value-added tax (VAT). Companies must maintain records of all transactions and communications for auditing purposes and cooperate with Dobrh in case of disputes or compliance checks.
Dobrh reserves the right to suspend or terminate payment services to any user at its discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or violation of the Payment Policy.
